Aviado Partners wins tender to monitor the merger between LAN Airlines S.A. of Chile and TAM Linhas Aéreas of Brazil for the next three years

Aviado-Partners Consulting GmbH, a leading international transport-sector consulting firm, is pleased to have been selected today by LATAM Airlines Group S.A. and the Fiscalía Nacional Económica de Chile to act as the merger monitor overseeing LATAM's observance of Resolution No. 37-11/2011 issued by the Tribunal de Defensa de la Libre Competencia. 



Under this award, Aviado Partners will be engaged for a period of 36 months from 5 September, 2012. The specifics of Aviado's mandate are defined in the Resolution No. 37-11/2011.
