The Department for Transport in the UK announces it is awarding a 13-year franchise to operate the West Coast Mainline in the UK to Aviado Partners' client FirstGroup plc.

The Department for Transport in the United Kingdom today announced it has selected FirstGroup plc to operate the Inter-City West Coast franchise for a 13-year period.
